Jason practices a diverse blend of litigation, including corporate, commercial, real estate, and criminal litigation. He represents consumers in bankruptcy proceedings, criminal defendants in state and federal courts, and plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil disputes across Indiana.
In law school, Jason competed on the winning team in the Honorable Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition, where he also won the Christopher M. Maine Advocacy Award for best advocate in the championship round. Jason has continued to use the skills he honed in law school to advocate for his clients in both state and federal courts.
Outside of the office, Jason is active in his community. A lifelong Shelby County resident, Jason is a member of the board of directors of the Shelby County United Fund. He also sits on the Hendricks Township Board and is the treasurer of the Shelby County Republican Party.
