Nick Dismukes has been a subrogation attorney with McNeelyLaw since 2014. Nick has handled thousands of subrogation cases on a wide variety of topics with damages ranging from $1,000 to $1 million. Nick has pursued and litigated subrogation cases in front of judges across Indiana in small claims courts, state courts, and federal courts. Nick is well-versed in the issues regarding product liability, negligent rendering of services, farm machinery losses, construction defects, complex fire and flood claims, property and medical damages resulting from automobile collisions, and express or implied warranty claims.
