Since 2010, Michelle has dedicated 100% of her practice to litigating subrogation matters. She has litigated civil cases throughout the State of Indiana, both in state and federal court. These matters range from auto accidents, product liability, farm machinery matters, and construction defects, to complex fire and flood claims.
Michelle’s attention to detail and thorough preparation have enabled her to successfully advocate for her clients and have yielded many successful settlements, court rulings, and arbitration rulings. Michelle has a proven trial record, with numerous bench and jury trial victories for her clients.
