Susan L. Furgeson
Attorney
Susan is an attorney and member of the subrogation arbitration team for McNeelyLaw LLP. She has been focused on subrogation law since 2012 and spends nearly all of her time handling subrogation claims in the inter-company arbitration process. Susan files arbitration on a variety of claims ranging from small fender-benders to large, complicated fire and water losses.
Her focus on inter-company arbitration has provided her with the opportunity to learn the unique aspects of the arbitration rules and procedures and to develop an understanding of the evidentiary materials most likely to lead to favorable outcomes. Prior to working in subrogation, Susan handled insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage matters as well as commercial litigation and general business matters.
