Brient practices a diverse blend of litigation, including personal injury, commercial, real estate, and corporate litigation.
Brient earned his J.D. from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law while working full-time for a subsidiary of Ascension Health. During this time, he developed valuable business experience that continues to shape his legal practice. He was also a member of the Indiana Health Law Review, further enriching his understanding of the intersection between business and law. This unique combination of legal training and real-world business experience allows Brient to offer well-rounded, insightful counsel to clients.
Before joining McNeely Law, Brient worked for a large Indianapolis law firm, owned and operated his own personal injury firm, and later served another subsidiary of Ascension Health, where he focused on reviewing commercial and construction agreements.
