Employee Spotlight: Grace E. Dillow

Grace has been an essential part of McNeelyLaw for nearly five years,                                                                                   evolving from a law clerk in 2019 to an attorney in 2020. Her practice primarily revolves around elder law, criminal law, family law, and general civil litigation, where she finds fulfillment in the personal connections she creates with her clients.

When asked what advice she would give someone considering a career in law, she advised aspiring lawyers to align their career choices with their long-term professional goals. She also mentioned to consider the integration of personal and professional life because in her words, “you don’t stop being a lawyer after working hours!”

Grace’s favorite aspect of working at McNeelyLaw is the supportive environment her colleagues create and the vibrant community they serve, making challenging days more manageable and victories all the more rewarding.
